Mixcraft • Track volume question

Hi. I posted the following on July 2 and though there are 364 views, there are 0 responses? Am I blacklisted or something?

Hello, when I use a bass instrument plugin called "Bass Master", the louder I make its track volume the quieter everything else gets. But if I use other virtual basses this doesn't happen. I have no effects on the master track. Perhaps what's going on is obvious to one of you experts, but I'm stumped.
