Mixcraft • Re: .mp4 Vid Keep Crashing

Hi,

Please send us your Mixcraft log files.

1. Open Mixcraft and go to the program preferences by clicking the small "gear" icon at the top of the Main window..
2. Select the "General" section.
3. Click the button that says "Zip Up Logs".
4. Attach that zip file to a support ticket.
