Make sure you actually end up with a phase issue that actually seems like an issue or you may put in efforts you don't need to.
Are you using two mics? Two tracks (front and back)? Hard pan each left and right and use a stereo widener on each. Use the volume fader to balance out the levels. Pretty simple non-fuss way.
If there is a noticable delay in time - maybe the front recording seems a little ahead of the rear recording, nudge the rear recording ever so slightly to be more in time with the front.
I don't think there are phase controls directly in the MC mixer. Check your audio interface. It may have phase control options.
