My standard first thing to try for missing plug-ins as was recommended by Greg is to force a long scan. Browse to this folder: %programdata%\Acoustica\Mixcraft\

Delete these files:
vst2ShellPluginData.xml
vst2PluginData.xml
nonPluginDLLs.ini
vst3PluginData.xml
VSTignore7.ini

Not sure, but this seems to help for those plugins that use symbolic links.
