Mixcraft • 10.5 issues, won't mixdown to MP3 or Wav?

Hi, yeah working 10.5...got a mix ready, want to mix it down.
Projects saved...go to file and select...mix down to MP3 or Wav...Crashes/not responding/ shutdown???
I've mixed a lot of MC songs down, never seen this?? Any suggestions?? Thanks.
