I've been using Mixcraft 10.5 Pro Studio Build 596 for some time and today I've been experiencing recurring playback issues.
Out of the blue, it seems that the playback becomes incredibly slow and sound quality is poor. It's what I would expect if I were pegging the CPU and RAM, but in the bottom right corner of the DAW, CPU Mixcraft = 0% and System bounces between 0% and 3%.
Task manager shows Mixcraft as using the most resources by far, but still relatively nothing in terms of my total system resources.
Is there any way to diagnose what is going on?
