Mixcraft • cant play sharp or flat notes with midi controller

I'm using an MPKmini3 and every time I use it I can't play sharp or flat notes on it (the black keys) they instead play a whole note next to the key (the white keys). This doesn't happen when I use other programs I use and it seems to happen with every instrument in Mixcraft. Resetting midi devices will sometimes fix the issue temporarily, but it seems to always return some point at random after saving, playing, recording, or opening the project.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
