Hi,
They are temporary files that Melodyne uses to store your changes. You could delete them, and then the next time you load each project, it would take longer because Melodyne would have to generate them again.
If you're sure you're done editing the audio with Melodyne, you could click the Finalize button, which would convert the clip to a wav file, and remove the need for the related nff files.
