I can’t recall ever having issues with Celemony. I’ve had an account since around 2013 via the free version that comes with Sonar. I signed up for e mails and they have really good sales. So over time I kept upgrading and I now have the top version Studio for what cost me less than half the regular price.
For the first years I like you rarely used it. But one day I decided to watch the tutorials to learn more about it and that immediately took my use of it to a much higher level.
It has become my audio editor. I actually rarely use it for vocal pitch correction. I Use it more for editing guitar and chords and then for vocals I use it for amplitude and timing.
Im just mentioning this as I would recommend logging on to your Celemony account and seeing if you can upgrade which for me was only like $25 back when. Then you just might get into it more in the future and do like I did and every year feed them another $80 or $100 to finish at the top now.
But your issue is really with Celemony so I would contact them about the Mixcraft license. They are very top notch in support for me. I’ve had to contact them when I forgot to deactivate an old computer as you can only use 2 licenses and thy are registered with them.
