In terms of memory I'd say 32gigs will give you a good amount of room for most things you'd throw at it even a large number of tracks.
Have a data SSD separate from the OS drive for libraries, projects and samples - 2TB minimum in my opinion. Avoid cloud storage except in terms of backup. Avoid HDD's as they really aren't necessary and slower than SSDs in this day and age though 7200 rpm won't really give you a hiccup. A SATA3 HDD will transfer at a rate of about 160 MB/s . Even recording or playing back at a sample rate of 96Khz at 32bit would only be .384 MB/s but since there are more modern drives and speeds, it would generally be better just to use those.
A modern CPU and GPU - actually anything within the last 4 years should suffice.
