Mixcraft • Incomplete sample library install

Hello Everyone,
I recently re-installed Windows 10 on my PC. So now I am going through and installing programs. I just installed MC 10.6 and got it set up good.. I think. Next came East West Opus. Fortunately all my Opus instruments are on a USB SSD drive but I still needed to install the Opus program. I installed the East West Installation Center and upgraded it to the latest. Using the installation center, I downloaded and installed a new version of Opus. Then I upgraded all the instruments that needed upgrading.
Here is my problem. In MC, I add an instance of Opus on an instrument track. I select a piano and double click on it so that it will add it to the track. But, instead, it gives me a pop up box, at the top of which it gives the full name of the instrument. Then in the center of this box it asks if I want to download the instrument now. Then, at the bottom, it gives me 2 options <Download>, <No> and <Always Download>. If I select <No>. it does nothing. I am forced to select <Download>. I created a temp folder in my MC projects folder and it downloaded a to folders and a singular file for a total of 10.1 GB. The last time I did this before re-installing Windows, it did not do this. As you can imagine adding a 10 GB set of files for every piano I put in is totally out of the question.
For Strings, however, it does not do this. Instead it puts up a series of series Opus Resource Locator boxes filled with list of instruments.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated
I tried Pianissimo and it worked great

Thanks in advance
Pierre
