I really need to sort this one out.
The midi editing window seems to have a bug.
If you look at my screen shots you will see.
This is the intro to a song and I have 4 drum notes that start at 1 on the time line. The Bass and piano start at 2.
But the Bass edit view shows the bass starting at what is showing as a second time marker of 1 As you can see all tracks are in Project Time.
If I change the Bass track to CLip Time then it shows correctly as starting at 2, but when you hold CTRL and open the other tracks is is off by a 1/16th or random amounts.
They all sound perfect. It's just the editor is unusable because you have no clue what you are looking at.
The only difference is the bass track was generated by using Audio to midi from a real bass track. The Drums and piano were played from my keyboard.
