Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker • Thumbnailing new art & designs (one-timetask)

I am running AVG TuneUp Utility & every time it runs a disk clean-up, the next time I run the Label Maker I get the thumbnailing.....message & have to wait while it downloads.
It's not a real problem, but if I knew where this folder was located, I can tell AVG TuneUp to not touch that folder.
