Looks like a bug in 10.5 as to correct file path to the loop locations. In addition to this bug, you have to hit OK to save the location as one can't change the Loop Library Download server ... it will be blank.
Fix Steps:
1. File | Preferences
2. Select Library
3. Hit Browse button and select the following location (this is the default) C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\loops\
4. You can't change the Loop Library Download so do nothing and just hit the "Ok" button
5. File | Preferences
6. Select Library
7. Verify the Loop Library Download is now set to "Download 1 (Amazon S3)"
My background is software engineer for 37+ years, have your development team code validation class that works with or without backslash in a path system wide (this is basic due diligence). And finally, if there is no other option in the Loop Library Download server, then this dropdown control shouldn't even be visible or available ... never present a user an option that isn't (one and only one value isn't an option) as that's pointless.
