My suggestion would definitely be
1. MusicLabs Guitar. These vsts have useful keyswitches so that something like this can be played live on each keyboard.
2. GuitarRig / Shredder Simulator etc.
3. And AcouFiend from Bluecat Audio for feedback simulation.
The sound itself is adjustment then![:)]( "Smile")
