Good day,
Mixcraft is such a breath of fresh air. I like it so much more than other DAWs. Thanks to everyone at Acoustica for creating such a great tool.
I understand the tempo track editing features, but I'm hoping I've missed something that could make it a bit easier to use.
For example, when matching the tempo track to a cover song that I need to recreate, especially if it's a classical piece with varying speeds, it's fairly straightforward to align the original to the timeline.
However, adjusting the tempo track—whether by creating a node or using the selection tool—can sometimes be a bit coarse, having to trial and error a few times until the new bar matches the reference track. I was hoping that holding shift (which has no effect at the moment) might switch it to a finer adjustment mode since this works for level adjustments.
With that said, is there a quicker and more efficient way to match the tempo track to a song with loose timing?
Thank you.
