Mixcraft • Inserting a measure or silence

I need to insert a measure so that I can copy and paste the ending tag line on my song. I went on google and I right clicked on where I want to add it, but Insert is not on there. I also tried Ctrl+Shift+I but it didn't work. I have Mixcraft 10 pro studio build 630. Does anyone have any thoughts?
