Mixcraft • 10.5 issues dragging files

Hi, I just updated from 9pro studio to 10pro studio, thanks.
But I'm having issues dragging files from EZ Drummer and EZ Bass OUT to the DAW.
Error box...WON"T DRAG OUT... In 9 it was smooth sailing?? Thanks
